Process flow description:
The system delivers light diesel oil to the burner through a pipeline, where the automatic ignition system gradually raises the furnace temperature. After a mere half hour, once the ideal temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system activates. Waste is reduced to fine particles via the crusher and delivered to the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the principles of temperature, time, and turbine flow, waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-combustion, exhaust gases are subjected to high-temperature oxidation in a multi-hull-type secondary chamber, equipped with gravity dust collectors to capture dust. Flue gases are then directed into a waste heat boiler, cooled, and repurposed as steam for factory applications, along with the recycling of valuable metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. The air heat exchanger utilizes this steam to heat fresh air for further cooling purposes. Subsequently, cooled flue gases pass through dust collectors and spray systems for additional dust removal and purification before being safely released into the atmosphere via the chimney. The process ends with the examination of precious metal contents in the ash for landfill transfer. Reserve liquid interfaces allow for direct combustion of combustible liquid waste.
