Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is expertly delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline, where an automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. Within half an hour, once the furnace reaches the optimal temperature, the waste conveying system activates. Waste particles are finely crushed and propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan, following the 3T principle—temperature, time, and turbine flow. Within the combustion chamber, waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-combustion, tail gases are re-burned and oxidized in the high-temperature secondary combustion chamber, featuring a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors, effectively capturing most dust particles. Flue gases are channeled into the waste heat boiler, cooled, and transformed into steam for factory use, allowing for the recycling of precious metal oxides. Subsequently, the air heat exchanger heats fresh air for the factory, further cooling the flue gases before they enter the dust collector to remove fine dust particles and recycle additional precious metal oxides. The spray system completes dust removal and cleansing, culminating in standard gases being safely released into the atmosphere via the chimney. Precious metal oxides in the ash are collected and transported to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are available for waste liquids, allowing them to be sprayed into the furnace if combustible.
