The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Included are a feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, and supportive installation platforms and structures.

1) Begin with activating the blower to thoroughly purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly minimizing the risk of explosion during ignition for enhanced safety.
2) Prior to the ignition by the powerful burner, the induced draft fan is expertly activated to facilitate a comprehensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process guarantees optimal safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is deftly transported through precision-engineered pipelines, leading to its flawless ignition by the burners. The resulting radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a consistent and controlled rise for peak operational brilliance.

5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes a spectacularly enhanced combustion process. With the introduction of organic waste liquid, the temperature soars to a formidable 1100ºC, invigorating the incineration process. The flue gas resides in this chamber for a precisely calculated 4 seconds, ensuring the thorough decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving a remarkable decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. The precise breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles occurs at the elevated temperature of approximately 1100ºC. 7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas enters the semi-dry quench tower.
