The innovative flue gas directional system continuously agitates waste for uniform heating, with waste residence time of 0.5-1 hour, ensuring comprehensive thermal treatment and organic matter obliteration.
Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. Post-cooling, flue gas purification meticulously removes acidic components, nitrogen oxides, and captures harmful particles and dust, ensuring vigilant component selection.
The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:
Feed hydraulic transmission system, waste liquid conduit, structural rotary kiln, primary burner, secondary combustion chamber, secondary burner, water-cooled cyclone dust collector, quench acid stripping tower, mist separation unit, exhaust fan, standalone chimney, alkali storage and delivery, lye pump, blower, comprehensive air supply system, electrical network, instrumentation control, automated ash disposal, installation platforms, and support structures.
Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln through a state-of-the-art feeding system. This innovative mechanism ensures precise combustion at an exact 850ºC, utilizing advanced oxygen control for peak efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is precisely channeled into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through specialized pipelines, achieving seamless processing and integration for superior environmentally-conscious performance.
4) The flue gas, a byproduct of the rotary kiln's intense operation, seamlessly transitions to the secondary chamber. In this highly advanced setting, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are removed with extraordinary efficiency using an ingenious wet scraper mechanism, ensuring immaculate and uninterrupted operations.
5) Inside the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes exceptional combustion. By introducing organic waste liquid, the temperature is elevated to a formidable 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless output with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas is retained for a precise 4 seconds. This ensures complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an impressive decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. The chamber's intricate multi-stage combustion strategy effectively reduces nitrogen oxide formation, further bolstering environmental safety.
6) Exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized by centrifugal force, significantly purifying the flue gas and preparing it for the subsequent stages of treatment.
7) Upon exiting the cyclone, the flue gas proceeds to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump efficiently directs the reaction tower to the apex of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets engage with the hot ascending flue gas, forming a dense suspended droplet area and swiftly cooling to 200ºC within a second. This rapid action effectively curtails dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any lingering sparks, ensuring the cloth bag is safeguarded against potential fires.
8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages are pivotal in eradicating acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring it adheres to stringent environmental standards for purity and safety.
9) After traversing the spray tower, the flue gas is smoothly released into the atmosphere through the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan that facilitates its untroubled exit, thus minimizing any potential environmental impact.
