Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Commence by activating the powerful blower to effectively clear residual and flammable gases within the furnace, thereby minimizing explosion risks upon ignition.
2) Before igniting the burner, it is essential to initiate the induced draft fan, allowing the furnace to undergo a comprehensive five-minute purge. Following this, diesel fuel is transported through intricately designed pipelines, eventually ignited by the ignition burners. The radiant heat from the burner meticulously increases the temperature within both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a gradual ramp-up for supreme performance.
3) Within the rotary kiln, solid waste is precisely introduced using an advanced feeding system. This system expertly manages oxygen levels to maintain the combustion temperature at an optimal 850ºC. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber via a dedicated pipeline, ensuring flawless integration and processing.
4) The flue gas produced by the rotary kiln embarks on a journey into the secondary chamber. Here, the by-products of incineration, specifically ash and slag, are efficiently and automatically discharged using an innovative wet scraper mechanism, guaranteeing clean and uninterrupted operation.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, flue gas is subjected to further combustion, facilitated by organic waste liquid, elevating the temperature to a vigorous 1100ºC. The flue gas remains in this chamber for an exact 4.0 seconds, ensuring the exhaustive decomposition of trace organic compounds and dioxins, achieving a decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. Such meticulous processing ensures the complete breakdown of residual organic components and carbon particles, occurring at approximately 1100ºC. The secondary combustion chamber employs a sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy to effectively suppress the formation of nitrogen oxides.
6) Emerging from the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas proceeds to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is deftly settled by centrifugal force, significantly enhancing the cleanliness of the flue gas, preparing it impeccably for subsequent stages.
7) After leaving the cyclone, the flue gas enters the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump channels the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, where it transforms into fine droplets. As these droplets engage with the upward flow of hot flue gas, a dense zone of suspended droplets forms, rapidly lowering the temperature to about 200ºC within a second. This quick action effectively inhibits dioxin regeneration and extinguishes residual sparks, protecting the subsequent cloth bag from potential fire hazards.
8) The flue gas advances to the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These stages are crucial in scrubbing away acid gases within the flue gas, ensuring its purity and alignment with stringent environmental standards.
9) After navigating the spray tower, the flue gas is released directly into the atmosphere through the chimney, aided by an induced draft fan, guaranteeing minimal environmental impact.
