Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is channeled to the burner via the oil pipeline, with the automatic ignition system gradually increasing the furnace temperature. Within half an hour, once the set temperature is achieved, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is crushed into particles and delivered into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the furnace. Post-combustion, tail gas is re-burned and subjected to high-temperature oxidation in the secondary combustion chamber, which features a multi-hull design and three gravity dust collector structures for optimal dust collection. Flue gas enters the waste heat boiler for cooling and is recycled as steam for factory use, along with the recovery of precious metal oxides, ensuring comprehensive utilization. The air heat exchanger then heats fresh air for factory use, further cooling the flue gas, which is then processed by the dust collector to remove fine dust and recycle precious metal oxides. Finally, the spray system completes dust removal and washing processes. The resulting standard gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney by the exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in the burned ashes are checked and transported to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved, allowing flammable waste liquid to be sprayed into the furnace.
