Additionally, a state-of-the-art secondary combustion chamber re-incinerates generated gases, achieving extreme temperatures of 1100ºC to maximize organic matter elimination. Furnace selection meets rigorous standards with temperatures ≥1100ºC and flue gas residence time ≥2 seconds. The Incinerator Device comprises the following components:

1) Initiate with the blower to effectively purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly reducing explosion risk during ignition.
2) Before the powerful burner sparks the ignition, it's crucial to set the induced draft fan in motion, allowing an extensive five-minute purge of the furnace. This meticulous process ensures safety and efficiency as the diesel fuel is skillfully transported via expertly crafted pipelines, leading to its precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat gracefully elevates the temperature within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a steady and controlled rise for peak performance.
3) Solid waste embarks on a transformative journey as it is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln via our state-of-the-art feeding system. This sophisticated mechanism is a marvel of modern engineering, maintaining the combustion temperature at a precise 850ºC through meticulous oxygen control, guaranteeing peak operational efficiency. Concurrently, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, ensuring flawless processing and integration for a truly superior performance.
4) As the flue gas emerges from the rotary kiln's intense operations, it journeys to the secondary chamber. Here, the incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with remarkable efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations remain smooth and immaculate. This method represents the pinnacle of waste management technology, expertly handling the by-products of combustion.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes an exceptional elevation of the combustion process. The flue gas resides here for a precisely controlled 4 seconds, ensuring the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an outstanding decomposition efficiency exceeding 99.99%. 6) As the flue gas departs from the secondary combustion chamber, it gracefully transitions to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector.
