The system includes a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary burner, secondary burner, oil tank, oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and essential supports and maintenance platform. Process Flow Description
Our incinerator operates using a high-temperature heat storage furnace. Waste is manually fed into the furnace, while light diesel oil is delivered to the burner through pipelines. Automated ignition sets the waste ablaze, facilitated by high-temperature gas for rapid oxidation. Following the 3T principles (temperature, time, turbine flow), partially burnt gas proceeds to the secondary combustion chamber, reaching temperatures up to approximately 900 ºC for thorough destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gas enters the water-cooled cyclone dust collector for dust removal and then proceeds to the spray tower where acid and alkali reactions neutralize gases, ensuring smokeless and odorless emissions. The flue gas is safely released into the atmosphere via the stack, and ashes are disposed of in landfills or repurposed.
