Composition of the Equipment:
The system comprises a horizontal furnace body, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, spray tower, exhaust fan, chimney, primary and secondary burners, oil tank, oil transportation control pipeline, air supply system, electric control cabinet, and essential maintenance platforms.
Process Flow Description:
This incinerator is a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is manually placed into the furnace, and light diesel oil is transported to the burner via pipeline. The waste is ignited using an automatic ignition system, undergoing dramatic stirring and rapid oxidation by high-temperature gas. Utilizing the principles of the 3T (temperature, time, turbine flow), incompletely burnt gas is transferred to a secondary combustion chamber for high-temperature incineration, achieving temperatures up to 900 ºC for thorough destruction and decomposition. High-temperature flue gas enters a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove dust, followed by a spray tower where acid gas is absorbed through lye injection, ensuring complete combustion without black smoke or odor. Finally, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the stack, with ashes suitable for landfill or reuse.
