Composition of the equipment:
The equipment is comprised of a horizontal furnace body, a secondary combustion chamber, a cyclone dust collector, a spray tower, an exhaust fan, a chimney, a primary burner, a secondary burner, an oil tank, and oil transportation control pipeline, along with an air supply system, electric control cabinet, and essential supports and maintenance platform, ensuring robust performance.
Process flow description:
This incinerator is a high-temperature heat storage type furnace. Waste is loaded into the furnace manually, with light diesel oil transported via pipeline to the burner and ignited by an automatic ignition system. The waste undergoes rapid oxidation as it is intensely stirred by high-temperature gas. Utilizing the 3T principles (Temperature, Time, Turbine flow), incompletely burnt gas is redirected to the secondary combustion chamber for further burning at temperatures reaching up to 900 ºC, ensuring thorough destruction and decomposition. The resulting high-temperature flue gas is passed through a water-cooled cyclone dust collector to remove dust, then into the spray tower where acid gases are neutralized by injected lye, ensuring complete combustion without black smoke or odors. Final flue gas is safely discharged into the atmosphere via the stack, while residual ash can be disposed of in landfills or repurposed.
