Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is precisely delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline. The automatic ignition system gradually increases the furnace temperature. Once the optimal temperature is achieved in approximately 30 minutes, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is crushed into particles, then propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber. Tail gas is re-burned and subjected to high-temperature oxidation in a multi-layered secondary combustion chamber, which employs a three-tier gravity dust collection system. Flue gas is then channeled into a waste heat boiler, recycled to generate steam for factory use, and precious metal oxides are recovered. The air heat exchanger utilizes the flue gas to heat fresh air, further cooling the gas, which then enters a dust collector. Tiny dust particles are removed, and more precious metal oxides are reclaimed. Finally, the spray system enhances dust removal and washing. Compliant gas is emitted through the chimney, while precious metals in the ashes are examined and sent to landfills. The system is equipped with reserve liquid interfaces for liquid waste that can be burned within the furnace.
