Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner through a specialized oil pipeline, with the automatic ignition system gradually increasing the furnace temperature. Within approximately 30 minutes, the furnace reaches its predetermined thermal threshold, enabling the waste conveying system to commence operation. Waste particles are crushed and propelled into the combustion chamber using a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Subsequent tail gas undergoes re-combustion and high-temperature oxidation within a secondary combustion chamber, featuring a multi-hull design and triple gravity dust collection for enhanced dust capture. The resultant flue gas enters a waste heat boiler for cooling and steam recycling, facilitating factory use, and recovering valuable metal oxides. Further cooling occurs in the air heat exchanger, utilizing fresh air for factory applications. Filtered and dust-extracted flue gas enters the dust collector and undergoes additional purification and washing via a spray system, culminating in the release of standard-compliant gas through the chimney. Ash residues are analyzed for precious metal oxides before landfill transfer. Optional liquid fuel interfaces enable waste liquids capable of combustion to be injected directly into the furnace.
