Moreover, the system incorporates a sophisticated secondary combustion chamber, reaching temperatures up to 1100ºC for maximum organic matter destruction. The furnace choice is guided by requirements of a temperature ≥1100ºC and a flue gas residence time of ≥2 seconds. Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Initiate the blower to thoroughly purge residual and flammable gases from the furnace, effectively reducing explosion hazards upon ignition, ensuring a safe start-up process.
2) Before the burner ignites, it's crucial to start the induced draft fan for a comprehensive five-minute purge of the furnace. Diesel fuel is then skillfully transported via precisely engineered pipelines, meeting its ignition point through the ignition burners. The radiant heat from the burner carefully raises temperatures in both the rotary kiln and the secondary chamber, ensuring a smooth and efficient ramp-up for peak performance.
3) Solid waste is expertly introduced into the rotary kiln using a state-of-the-art feeding system, where precise oxygen control maintains a combustion temperature at an ideal 850ºC. Meanwhile, waste liquid is seamlessly directed into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through a specialized pipeline, ensuring flawless processing and integration.
4) The flue gas produced by the rotary kiln travels into the secondary chamber, where ash and slag by-products are automatically and efficiently discharged using an innovative wet scraper mechanism. This design ensures an unobstructed and clean operation at all times.
5) In the secondary combustion chamber, flue gas undergoes further combustion, aided by organic waste liquid, elevating the temperature to a powerful 1100ºC. This ensures thorough incineration, achieving a smokeless and odorless result with no secondary pollution. The flue gas remains here for exactly 4.0 seconds to decompose trace organic compounds and dioxins, reaching a decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. Such meticulous processing guarantees the complete breakdown of any residual organic components and carbon particles at approximately 1100ºC. By employing a sophisticated multi-stage combustion strategy, the secondary combustion chamber effectively reduces the formation of nitrogen oxides.
6) The flue gas leaving the secondary combustion chamber moves on to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, centrifugal force expertly settles the ash content, significantly increasing the cleanliness of the flue gas and preparing it for any forthcoming stages.
7) After exiting the cyclone, the flue gas continues to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump guides the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, forming fine droplets. As these droplets interact with the ascending hot flue gas, a dense area of suspended droplets forms, rapidly reducing the temperature to approximately 200 ºC in just one second. This swift action effectively prevents dioxin regeneration and extinguishes any residual sparks, thereby protecting the subsequent cloth bag from any potential fire hazards.
8) Next, the flue gas moves into the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These stages are essential for scrubbing away any acid gases in the flue gas, ensuring its purity and aligning with strict environmental regulations.
9) Having navigated the spray tower, the flue gas is expelled directly into the atmosphere through the chimney. An induced draft fan facilitates its smooth transition, ensuring a minimal environmental impact.
