Operational Flow Overview:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via an oil pipeline, where our automatic ignition system gradually elevates the furnace temperature. After roughly 30 minutes, upon reaching the desired temperature, the waste conveying system is activated. Waste is crushed into particles and propelled into the combustion chamber by a high-pressure fan. Adhering to the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), waste undergoes oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion within the chamber furnace. Post-combustion, tail gas is re-burned and undergoes high-temperature oxidation in the secondary combustion chamber, which features a multi-hull design with three gravity dust collectors. The flue gas progresses into a waste heat boiler, is cooled and recycled as steam for factory use, aiding in the recovery of precious metal oxides, thus maximizing resource utilization. Air heat exchangers preheat incoming air, further cooling it, and tiny dust is captured and precious metal oxides recycled in the dust collector, with additional dust removal and cleaning via a spray system. Finally, after meeting standards, the gas is discharged through the chimney by the exhaust fan. Burned ash is analyzed for precious metal oxides and subsequently directed to a landfill. Liquid interfaces are reserved for situations where combustible waste liquid needs to be injected into the furnace.
