Brief Introduction of Main Process Flow:
1) Begin with the blower to efficiently purge residual and flammable gases within the furnace, significantly minimizing explosion risks during ignition.
2) Prior to igniting the powerful burner, initiate the induced draft fan for a thorough five-minute furnace purge. This precise procedure ensures safety and efficacy as the diesel fuel is adeptly transported through meticulously designed pipelines, leading to precise ignition by the burners. The radiant heat effectively elevates temperatures within both the rotary kiln and secondary chamber, ensuring a controlled and steady rise for optimal performance.
3) Solid waste is meticulously introduced into the rotary kiln through a cutting-edge feeding system. This advanced mechanism ensures the combustion temperature remains precisely at 850ºC, thanks to accurate oxygen control, guaranteeing peak efficiency. Simultaneously, waste liquid is directed seamlessly into either the rotary kiln or the secondary combustion chamber through dedicated pipelines, ensuring flawless processing and integration for superior operational performance.
4) The flue gas, a by-product of the rotary kiln's intense operation, is expertly directed to the secondary chamber. Here, incineration by-products such as ash and slag are expelled with exceptional efficiency through an innovative wet scraper mechanism, ensuring operations are smooth and immaculate.
5) Within the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas undergoes advanced combustion. The introduction of organic waste liquid elevates the temperature to an impressive 1100ºC, intensifying the incineration process. This results in a smokeless, odorless finish with zero secondary pollution, as the flue gas remains here for exactly 4 seconds. This ensures the complete decomposition of trace organics and dioxins, achieving an outstanding decomposition efficiency of over 99.99%. 6) Upon exiting the secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas advances to the water-cooled cyclone dust collector. Here, ash content is expertly neutralized using centrifugal force, which significantly purifies the flue gas, preparing it for the subsequent stages of treatment.
7) After moving through the cyclone, the flue gas is transferred to the semi-dry quench tower. A pressure pump skillfully directs the reaction tower to the top of the two-fluid nozzle, transforming it into fine droplets. These droplets interact with the hot ascending flue gas, creating a dense suspended droplet zone, rapidly cooling to 200ºC within a second. 8) The flue gas then enters the spray washing tower, followed by the wet packing washing tower device. These critical stages are pivotal in removing acid gases from the flue gas, ensuring it meets stringent environmental standards for purity.
9) After passing through the spray tower, the flue gas is released into the atmosphere via the chimney, with the assistance of an induced draft fan that guarantees its smooth exit, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
