Process flow description:
Light diesel oil is delivered to the burner via the oil pipeline, initiating a gradual temperature rise through the automatic ignition system. After about 30 minutes, upon reaching the set temperature, the waste conveying system begins, feeding waste particles—crushed by the crusher—into the combustion chamber through a high-pressure fan. Utilizing the 3T principle (temperature, time, turbine flow), the waste is processed through oxidation, pyrolysis, and combustion. Post-combustion, the tail gas undergoes secondary burning and high-temperature oxidation in a multi-hull-type secondary combustion chamber with three gravity dust collectors to capture most dust. Flue gas enters the waste heat boiler for cooling, recycling into steam for factory use, and recovering valuable metal oxides for comprehensive utilization. Subsequently, the flue gas heats fresh air and undergoes further cooling, entering the dust collector for fine dust removal and oxide recovery. A spray system ensures additional dust removal and washing before the standard gas is safely expelled through the chimney by the exhaust fan. Precious metal oxides in the ashes are examined and sent to a landfill. Liquid interface reserves allow for the inclusion of burnable waste liquid sprayed into the furnace.
